Community-Driven Roots: Founded by a group of craft beer–loving friends, the original Community Crafthouse was born from a passion for bringing people together over great drinks in a welcoming setting.

What to Expect: Located at 1049 Point Hope Parkway Suite B in Charleston, it’s the embodiment of that “neighborhood watering hole” dream.

Beverage Lineup: Expect variety—rotating local brews, award-winning beers like the pineapple-hinted “Aloha Beaches Wheat Beer,” and creative selections across styles.

Food Partnerships: Partnered with Max Sushi, it serves raw and cooked sushi, poke bowls, gyoza, bar food and plans to explore bento box options.

Spotlight on Crafthouse North (Mount Pleasant)

Expansion Story: Spearheaded by Tessa and Todd Miller (she’s the former bar manager at Indigo Reef Brewing Co.), Crafthouse North brings their recipe for community and craft to North Mount Pleasant.   

Prime Location: It sits at 901 Warrior Way, Suite 101, in Carolina Park—a bright, walkable spot that’s quickly become a local favorite.

Ambiance & Design: Spanning roughly 1,700 sq ft, the venue boasts industrial-chic decor, seating for about 60 inside, and a cozy covered patio—complete with 8 TVs for watching games or events.

Beverage Innovations: Offers 12 rotating draft beers, draft wine, frozen cocktails, and an innovative bottom-up dispensing system. A notable variety of canned beers and frosé adds to the fun.   

Food Partnerships: Partnered with Max Sushi, it serves raw and cooked sushi, ramen, poke bowls, gyoza, bar food—and plans to explore bento box options.   

Community & Family Focus: Positioned near Wando High School, the venue caters to families and students. Expect cornhole, a family-friendly vibe, and even hiring of local high schoolers as food runners.

Now Open: Officially opened in May 2025—bringing a fresh, vibrant energy to North Mount Pleasant.
